Training Our Future
Our Instructors are experienced journeyman plumbers and pipefitters. They have been in the field installing pipe and can pass that experience on to apprentices. They follow UA curriculum in trade related fields of study. The UA also provides instructor training which helps these pipefitters and plumbers know more how to provide proper training and instruction so the learner benefits to the best of their abilities. Our affiliation with Ivy Tech Community College brings their instructors to us for the purpose of meeting the requirements of an Associate's Degree. Part of the classroom time is spent on these requirements, while most classroom time is dedicated to trade related material.
